Is moving cross country a good way to deal with an end of a relationship thats finally over for good?

I live in NY , and my whole family is in Jacksonville, FL. THe only reason i stood behind in my mom's old appartment is because i was tryin to make things work with my ex boyfriend and i also had a good job. After losing the job last year(the place closed) and a few unsuccesful attempts to make it work with this loser ,i am finally alone again in the crossroads. THe apartment has a lot of good memories ,but living here alone after we finally broke it off 2 weeks ago (we have only been back together 1 month and he moved out again)>>>>>doesnt make any sense anymore.I miss my mom ,my grandma and they want me to come help them out with a family business. I am hesitant to move though i already agreed because being a native NY er i dont know anyone there besides my family. At the same time i have nothing really holding me back here .MY apartment is in need of serious renovation and i will never get back with my ex again. My job is very stressful and frankly ,according to my mom i will be making triple working for her in a few months. She says that this is a really good time for a change and to learn a new trade which i can later use if i want to make money and move back to NY .Does anyone have any advice on this situation: 1) should i leave cold NY behind with a broken heart and live with my mom for a while to clear my head? 2) should i stay behind and struggle with almost everything including loneliness and crazy a>> bills? i will be very thankfull for any input!!!!
