If Waterloo won Abba at the Eurovision Contest, then why did the song appear on their 2nd album?

I'm a huge Abba fan, and their story is that Abba won the Eurovision song contest in1974 with their song Waterloo. Now what I want to know is if Waterloo was a hit, then why did Waterloo appear on their 2nd album?
