Hangover = Chundering. how to avoid?
when i get completely wasted, in the morning the next day my stomach becomes very unsettled. i ate 2 bread rolls and a lot of red meat before i went out. anyway, when i wake up i cant eat or drink for hours without it coming back up. whether its milk, orange juice, soda or even water. my body rejects it. what to do when im in that situation again? which is almost every friday night. how do i avoid it. apparently its something to do with the acid in my stomach! does eno's( the white powder you put in water then it fizzes up) help that
