Have her try it on. If it's too small on her, ask for it. You will eventually grow into it, but unless it's a weight issue, she should give it up. Is she still refuses, then she's being rude. Ask your mom for help. If it does fit, accept that your sister is rude, and stop bending over backwards for her.
