Women who has had a missed miscarriage?

I wouldn't worry if they can't pick the heartbeat up on doppler yet. A lot of offices don't even try to bother with it until much later than what you are now. As for missed miscarriages you wouldn't know if you'd had one or not until an ultrasound confirms no heartbeat. That's how most women find out they've miscarriage and just not ped the tissue. Just to let you know, though, it's perfectly normal for symptoms to come and go. During the beginning of my pregnancy I had a couple of periods that lasted maybe a week where I didn't even remember I was pregnant. You sound normal to me. :)
