When getting out of the army on a chapter 5 or 6 can you still take you leave days?

I have been in the Army Active Duty for 3 years now. I am a E5 and just gained guardianship of my younger brother do to my father ping away. My mother at this time is not able to care for him so I have no way of coming up with a family care plan. I was planing on get out of the army on a chapter 5 or 6. I talked to my Brigade jag and he advised me to get out on that chapter but make sure it is involuntarily. I have about 56 days of leave available, does any one know if I would be able to take the leave before I get chaptered out or would I have to sell it back to the army? When you ETS out of the army you get terminal leave do I recieve that leave when I am getting chaptered?
