Help !!! How do I get these people OUT of my home?

Don't play games with this if you don't know what you are doing. It could ruin future chances to win a case against them, which you obviously have now. Go talk to the magistrate in your county, or call the sheriff's office and ask them to help secure an eviction notice. You may take a loss now, but you can take them to small claims court later and win a case against them very easily.
