Are there Cook Islands in like EVERY country?

i was on my gmail and i set my theme to beach and it asked what country i was in and so i went random like Zimbabwae and Afganistan and others and for city i typed in Cook Islands for both and i did like 10 other countrys and ALL OF THEM HAVE COOK ISLANDS!! Do the cook islands belong to anybody? PLZ HELP! lol im confused
